Receive your order via Royal Mail

Please check the spelling when sending text and the quality of your images to ensure a smooth transaction and to avoid any hold-ups.

Images may need to be cropped/resized in order to fit the print area but will not be enhanced or altered in any way.  Be aware that a poor quality image will look the same on your item.

Return policy

Though it is personalised item, unwanted items will not be accepted back. If the item is faulty or damaged please contact us withing 48 hours of receiving it.
